1. The customer has a right to return any goods after they are received but they must be delivered back to TCF Ltd. within 14 working days from receipt. In such cases the customer is responsible for any shipping expenses. 2. If the goods received do not match those that the customer had ordered, he/she must contact TCF Ltd. within 40 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue via the following options: 2.1. The customer may return the goods to TCF Ltd. via mail and once the goods are received, he/she is entitled either to a refund for the total order amount through the payment method used for purchasing the goods or to a replacement order. TCF LTD. is NOT responsible for paying any return shipping costs UNLESS the customer provides photo proof of the shipping expenses incurred. The customer is to be given a refund through the payment method used for purchasing the goods or to have a replacement order sent only after the goods have been received back by TCF Ltd. 2.2. Where the amount of missing/wrong goods is not more than 1/3 of the total order value, the customer may opt to have the missing goods from his order delivered via another shipment. In such cases the goods are to be sent via BG Post Priority without tracking and TCF Ltd. is responsible for any shipping expenses.
3. If the goods received have faults upon receipt, the customer must contact TCF Ltd. within 40 days of receiving the goods. TCF Ltd. is not responsible for paying any shipment expenses. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned goods by TCF Ltd., the customer is to be given a refund through the payment method used for purchasing the goods.
4. If the goods received develop faults within their warranty period, the customer is entitled to a replacement under the terms of that warranty. 5. If the good received had been damaged in transit, the customer must report this to TCF Ltd. within 12 days of receiving the goods. In such cases the customer has the following options: 5.1. The customer may return the goods to TCF Ltd. via mail and once the goods are received, he/she is entitled either to a refund for the total order amount through the payment method used for purchasing the goods or to a replacement order. TCF Ltd. reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these terms and conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to: 7.1. Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the goods; 7.2. Any characteristics of the goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly; 7.3. The fact that the goods consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened; Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
